Starters
Crispy Sausages

Ingredients
6 sausages
1 egg
white flour for coating
2 tablespoons corn flour
pinch of salt and pepperOil for frying Method 1. Cut sausages in to thin slices.2. Coat the sausage slices with white flour.3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg and corn flour together. Add salt and pepper to the mixture.4. Dip the sausage slices in the egg mixture and deep fry on medium heat till golden brown. 6. Serve hot.

Yummy Non-Vegetarian Dishes
1 tsp ginger paste
2 tsp garlic paste
salt according to taste
1-2 green chilies
½ cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
¼ cup fresh mint leaves, chopped 1 ½ cup yoghurt 1tsp cumin seedsJuice of 1 lemon1 potato, cubed
4 tbs oil
Method 1. Prepare a marinade by blending together coriander leaves, mint leaves, cumin seeds, green chilies, lemon juice, salt and yoghurt. Marinade the chicken for 1 hour.2. Heat oil in a pot and add the chicken with garlic & ginger. Cook on high heat for 5 minutes. 3. After 5 minutes add potato. 4. Lower the heat and cook covered till chicken is tender. 5. Increase the heat and evaporate excess water to leave thick gravy.
6. Serve hot with bread or Naan.

2.Achari Qeema:
Salt according to taste
Water for cooking
Method:1- In the mince/Qeema, add all the ingredients except oil and pickle. Add 2 glasses of water and boil till tender.2- When mince is cooked and water has dried, add oil and achaar. Fry for 10 minutes stirring continuously.
3. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Great Vegetarian Dishes
Cauliflower delight
Ingredients
½ kg. Cauliflower
4tbsp safi oil
2tbsp garlic ginger paste
1 onion chopped
2tbsp chilli sauce
¼ pepper powder
1 maggi cube chicken or salt to taste
1tsp. Tumeric powder
Method
Cut the cauliflower into flowerettes. Heat the oil and add the chopped onion. Fry it till it is brown in colour. Add the chilly sauce, pepper powder, maggi cube or salt and then add the cauliflower and stir till it is tender and cooked. Add a little water to cook it if necessary.

Fresh Salads
EGG SALAD
Ingredients:
6 eggs (fully boiled)
2 boiled Potatoes
1 Capsicum and 1 onion (thinly sliced into rings)
1 Tomato (thinly sliced into rings)
2tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Finely Chopped coriander leaves
Preparation:· Cut eggs into halves. · Take out the yolk and mash with boiled potatoes. · Mix salt, pepper, lemon juice and chopped coriander. · Fill eggs whites with the mixture.
· Serve the egg salad in a tray garnished with onion, tomatoes, chopped capsicum & coriander.
Yummy Recipes For Babies
Ingredients
1 small carrot chopped
1 small potaato chopped
1 cheddar cheese slice
4-5 tablespoons of porridge
1/2 – 1 maggie cube, chicken stock
Water
Method
1. In a pan, add water and dissolve in the maggie cube over low heat.
Put the carrots and potatoes into the maggie mixture and boil till nearly tender.
2. Add the porridge and cook till porridge and veges are done. Put in the cheese slice and turn off the heat.
3. Serve warm.
*You can also add a piece of chicken and blend the porridge when its done to make a smooth texture for babies to eat. This recipe is best for babies, 8 months and up.
Try using Ready Brek porridge for your little one. It has more nutritution since it is specially prepared for kids. The taste and texture is very nice too.

Desserts
1. Agar Agar chocolate pudding
Ingredients
1 stick white agar agar
11/2 cups milk, mix ¾ cups evaporated milk and ¾ cups water
¼ teaspoon salt
1cup water
2tablespoons nesquick or cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ cup sugar
1 egg white stiffly beaten
Cut the agar agar in to small pieces. Soak it for ½ hour. Boil agar agar in water till it is dissolved. Add milk, sugar, salt. Mix cocoa in little water and then add this paste into the mixture. Simmer it for a few minutes. Add the vanilla essence and gently fold in the egg white. Pour it into a mould and chill. Serve with ice cream or with whipped cream.

Masala Chicken:
Chicken 1 kg
Yogurt 4 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Red chills 1tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
Oil for cooking 4tbsp
Method:
Heat oil in a pan. Add chicken will all ingredients except yogurt. Cover and cook till tender. Add yogurt and cook for 5 more minutes. Serve with bread/roti.

Corn fingers or cutlets.
INGREDIENTS
1tin sweetcorn, cream style
1 green chilli finely chopped
6-8 flakes of garlic chopped
½ cup coriander and mint leaves ( finely chopped)
150 gms. grated cheese
salt to taste
1-2 eggs, beaten
2 cups bread crumbs
12 slices of bread
METHOD:
Soak the bread in water and squeeze. Mix the sweetcorn, green chilli, chopped garlic, coriander and mint leaves, cheese, salt and the soaked bread. Divide into 16 to 20 parts according to your liking. Shape into fingers. Coat these fingers in egg and roll in breadcrumbs. Deep-fry in oil. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
