Mornings are always busy with everyone rushing to take a shower, get dressed, grab a bite and leave for school/work. We can reduce some morning rush time stress by doing as much as can be done the night before. Have the clothes ironed and laid in a quick pick up spot. Lay out shoes and socks. Bags packed at night and kept near door, just pick up and leave!
For breakfast and lunch boxes, decide what can be done the night before and what can be left for the morning. Get sandwiches for kids’ lunch boxes ready at dinner time, packed and kept in the fridge. Set the moring breakfast table the night before with plates, glasses, spoons, bowls and cornflakes packs on the table. Some planning and organizing the night before will surley lessen your morning time stress.
